About

Adam has spent most of his life flying or dreaming of flying.  He washed and refueled airplanes at his local airport and earned his Private Pilot Certificate while in highschool.  Afterwards he studeied Earth Science and Geography at UNC-Charlotte and commissioned into the USAF as a Navigator on the C-130E.  He later attended USAF Pilot Training and has piloted the C-130H and C-130J on missions around the globe.  Adam left the USAF in 2020 after 15 years and served with the Arkansas Air National Guard as a C-130H Instructor and Evaluator Pilot until 2026 when he retired with 21 years of service.  He now flies a Super King Air 350 for Harding University.

Always true to his roots, Adam never stopped flying in general aviation.  He's participated in clubs from North Carolina, Texas, and even taught instrument lessons at a club in Japan.  He's flown kids on their first airplane rides, as well as patients with Angel Flight.  He also flew for 20 years with the Civil Air Patrol working as a Mission Pilot and eventually a Check Pilot.  Adam now enjoys volunteering with the FAA Safety Team to advocate for better training and push for a better safety culture in the world of general aviation.

Adam founded Wildwood Aerospace LLC in 2019 and has continued to serve as a coach and mentor to pilots who are trying to build thier skills and expand thier network into various areas of aviation.  He cureently provides instruction for Instrument, and Flight Instructor ratings as well as Flight Reviews and Instrument Proficiency Checks.  Since 2022, Adam has served as a Designated Pilot Examiner for the Little Rock FSDO and has given hundreds of exams from Sport Pilot all the way to Airline Transport Pilot across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Texas.
